TICKET POLICY

We strive to provide an alternative to the mainstream concert experience.

For physical ticket outlets we partner with independent record stores in your community, listed below, and for online ticket sales we use Shopify, a secure e-commerce company based in Ottawa.

Using these outlets allows us to maintain the lowest possible service charge of only $1 per ticket.

ONLINE TICKET SALES

When you buy tickets online your name is automatically added to the Guest List at the door of the event, and you are sent a confirmation email with all the information you need for the show.

You will need to present photo ID at the door to gain admission.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Transfers must be requested before doors open in order to give us the name of the person to whom the tickets should be held.
