Ticket Policy
Tickets are not sent by mail - instead, we add your name to the guest-list at the door (aka Will Call / Box Office)
Bring your photo ID - shows general admission, 19+ in Ontario, 18+ in Quebec, unless stated otherwise.
We add a $1 service charge to the ticket price to cover transaction charges.
After your purchase we'll send you a personal confirmation email that includes all the relevant deets - venue address, doors open and set times, plus the name / cell # of the person hosting your show. The show host will be on site at the venue so you can reach them by phone or text at any time.
Tickets are non-refundable, but full exchange (put them in a friend's name) or full credit (towards another show) - you must contact us before the doors open for your show in order to get credit.
